Tamira was 17 and had just broken up with her boyfriend when she found out she was pregnant.

She was a senior in high school and had already applied to colleges and was hoping to attend in the fall when she found out she was pregnant. Feeling lost and alone, she looked up unwanted pregnancy online, and that is where she found African American Adoptions. Now, seven months later, Tamira has given birth, and a wonderful African American couple has adopted her baby. She is attending university and gets updates on the baby often.
