Hey Veronica! Joshua is a wonderful baby; 10 days old today. He had his doctor's appointment yesterday and is up to 8 pounds already! He's certainly more alert and staying awake more often. He smiles at me a lot (well, I think it's smiles) and it is the sweetest thing.

Joshua's birthmother has called a few times to check on him and she sounds good for the most part. She is a blessing to my life as well.

I am continuing to trust in God and his plan for this little boy and my life. I am literally enjoying every moment!

Hi Libby...
Hope all is well. We are doing great! Thomas is growing so fast and speaking 50 words a minute...his vocabulary list is so long! We call him our little human tape recorder. His birthmother communicates periodically; hello here and there. As you can see from the picture, I have a little man! He is such a blessing!

Libby I just want to say once again thanks to you and Lifetime for assisting us with this wonderful treasure. He has brought so much joy in the lives that he has touched. People just love him; he meets no stranger. He is such a personable little fella!

Well believe it or not, time has flown by and I wanted to take a few minutes to thank you from the bottom of my heart for making my life dreams come true. These little girls have shown me true love...what it's like to love unconditionally and with all of my heart and soul. Every day is a blessed day when I wake up and have them in my life.

They are true sisters by every sense of the the word. We purchased a new 4 bedroom home and wouldn't you know that they want to share a bedroom? As I hear them in their beds at night talking and laughing it brings back the memories I shared with my sister so long ago. I laugh and thank God and my Parents in Heaven for letting me experience this and now understand what they felt about us. I couldn't of experienced this without you and wanted to let you know what true Angels you are and how you bless and touch people's lives everyday.

Jazlyn is getting ready to start Kindergarten in a few weeks and just graduated from Pre-K and Ashlee is 26 months old and is potty trained and highly intelligent. I have one that is the social butterfly and be an actress and one that will be the President of the United States someday.

Please keep up the great work because you make dreams come true. Who knows maybe I can fill at least one more bedroom with an older child!

Dear Lifetime coordinators,

I have been keeping my mommy so busy-I went to the Folsom Zoo for the first time - I had a blast seeing all the animals and riding the choo-choo train. We had lots of fun, we were there for over 2 hours before we knew it had been that long.

Next on my list was trying to learn how to swim. We enrolled in a Parent/Tot class and successfully finished our first session (18 weeks). I graduated from Star Fish to Sea Turtle. We are going through our second set of classes now and are looking forward to the fall session coming soon.

I went to my first dentist appointment this week. They said everything looks good and I am being a good boy by brushing my teeth. No wonder why I have to brush them every morning and every night. I also found out that I am adding 4 new teeth, so that will bring my total up to 12 soon!

I am having so much fun learning, reading and singing. I am starting to sing my ABC's and counts my 1,2,3's. I love the song EIEIO (Old McDonald) and Bingo is one of my favorites. I love to have music on at all times. Mommy says I have more rhythm than she does!

And saving the biggest (best) event for last - I celebrated my first real Easter this year, and it was really special for me. This Easter Daddy and I were both baptized. We had our entire family with us to see the ceremony. We are so blessed that Easter made this occasion extra special!

As you can imagine, I can go on and on...however I am getting up pretty early these days - so mommy needs to get some sleep. Yay, I am finally off the bottle (at 15 months) and sleeping through the night!

Jamal is now two years old!! I have absolutely no idea where the time has went. Since his birth, our lives have been busy, busy, busy. His birthmom and birthgrandma have visited us twice in the last two years and we have traveled back to Mississippi and visited with them, his birthfather and extended family as well. We have also enjoyed phone calls, e-mails and pictures from his birthfamily. We are so blessed to have such a wonderful extended family. In addition, Jamal is also the proud big brother of a new baby brother, Isaiah (6 months). He is so adoring that we often have to remind him to let baby IZ sleep or eat. Big sister Joeelle is now 6½ and is thoroughly enjoying her two little brothers. God has blessed our family so richly and you have played a very important part in brining our family together. We are truly blessed and excited to have Jamilla. God blessed us with a gift that is perfect. We would not have been in this wonderful position with out the help of Lifetime. The staff and people associated with the organzation have been great throughout the process. Although there will be times that may be challenging through the process, we made sure to pray daily and maintain patience. I hope you are doing well. I wanted to drop a note to say hi. Lucas is doing really well. He is talking now, loves to learn new words. He is also loves his big brother, Craig and often copies him! He is now 17 months old, likes Elmo and loves to dance to music. It is so cute to watch him dance.

Sarah arrived on January 18th and we are ecstatic to have her home with us!

Our journey through the adoption process has been one of disappointment and utter joy at the end. Without Lifetime and our coordinator Diane we would not have found our beautiful daughter. The whole process has taught us to never give up even though some days may seem quite long as you are waiting for your baby to arrive.

We truly are grateful to everyone at Lifetime for their continued support and guidance throughout this process. Just remember that there is a baby out there for everyone who truly believes.

Wow! It has been a while, but life has taken us through so many changes lately. We have finally gotten settled into our new home, here in North Pole, Alaska! Nick and I just purchased our first home, and little Nicholas is just loving it up! He has grown so much. He goes to daycare now, and he loves being around other children. I think it was harder for me to leave him, than it was for him to leave me. I cried the first day, while he tried to push me out of the door of the daycare! I can't believe he's almost two years old. Motherhood had truly been a blessing to me, and I am so greatful to the Lifetime Staff as well as my Birthmother and Birthfather...because without them, I would not be as blessed as I am today. We send our love to you all the way from the North Pole.

Here's a picture of Angel sitting up on the couch. Just trying to get her into practice since she is growing so fast. She now weighs 16 lbs and 23 1/2 inches long. She is a happy baby, but always looking serious like her dad on the pictures.

Alexis Grace was born on Friday, February 2 at 11:51 am in Houston. Biomom and baby did great! Alexis Grace weighed six pounds and eleven ounces. She was 21 inches long with a full head of hair. By day three, she can down almost three ounces of formula in one sitting, so I think she'll be out of those newborn clothes fairly quickly!

Hello Diane and our Lifetime Family,

Just wanted to write to say thank you for changing our lives for the better. We have been blessed with a beautiful, loving, and adorable little boy who has been the light of our lives. I can not express with words how wonderful these last 13 months have been, but I can say GOD IS GOOD!

We experienced our first visit with Jaren's birthparents this past weekend, and I can not tell you what a life changing experience that was. The time spent and interaction was much easier than I could have anticipated. This is the true meaning of an extended family!

Jakeb's adoption finalization hearing on took place on December 15th. It was a really nice ceremony and our friends were able to attend also. Jakeb turned three months old on December 16th.

I pray that this letter captures you and all the Lifetime staff in great spirits! Kellington James turned 8 weeks yesterday and he is the joy of my life! I am happier than I have ever been in my entire life!!!

Kellington is such a blessing and God continues to show us how much His hands are on our lives. Kellington has been smiling since he was two weeks old and loves cuddling. He is the love of my life and I thank God everyday for sending me something as wonderful as him.

I cannot wait to adopt through Lifetime again in the very near future! This has been such a pleasant experience and I have already referred a few families to you all knowing that they will be blessed as well. Our precious little Karli was born Oct. 2nd. Her big sister Kaci thinks she is just perfect as do we!!!

We just wanted to thank you for all your effort and support throughout both our adoptions.
