We Had A Great Adoption!

We just wanted to say thank you again for doing such an incredible job helping us to become a family. Jayvin is such a perfect and amazing baby boy and he has brought us so much love and joy. We are so blessed. We truly believe that we had the absolutely perfect match with Jayvin's birthmom, and we care about her tremendously. We continue to keep in touch, and hopefully we will all get to see each other again soon. Jayvin will grow up knowing how wonderful and special his birthmom is.

Thanks to all of you wonderful people at Lifetime, our adoption process was quick and unbelievably smooth and easy. We could not even have imagined a better situation. Thank you again for all of your dedication and hard work. We have the most amazing baby, and we could not have done it without you!

What a Blessing!

Here is an updated picture of Marcianna Isabella. She is growing so fast, she is a Godsend! We can't remember how life was without her. She is truly a blessing and constant reminder of how prayer works. Marcianna's Birthmom is a special young lady whom we have grown to love. She is Our Joy!

The Lord strengthened us through our adoption process and we are so grateful. We have an absolutely beautiful little girl. Trinity Aisha Nicole was born weighing in at 6lbs exactly. SHE IS OUR JOY!!!!

She's One of a Kind!

As you can see, Bess is a vivacious, free-spirited almost four year old. She is a daily blessing to us. My prayer during our wait for her was that God would work through time, space, and people's lives to create the perfect little girl for us. Surely He did just that, because Bess is so unique and special; she's one of a kind!

We now know that our waiting time served a purpose, even though we became frustrated at times. We had to go through all of that to get our Bess. If it had happened any sooner or any other way, we wouldn't have her, we'd have the "wrong child."

You at Lifetime worked to make our family happy and complete, at last. Multiply that by the others who have been helped and you'll rightfully feel good about what you do!

We Would Like to Thank You from the Bottom of our Hearts for All of Your Help. You Have Made Our Dreams a Reality!

Dearest Mardie and Staff:
This letter is long overdue... we just wanted to thank you and your staff for all you did to help us finally become a family. It has taken us close to ten years of marriage and within just a very few short months with Lifetime; all of our prayers were answered. After my mother's passing a year previously, I had a hole in my heart that I though would never heal. We have always talked about adoption but the timing was never right. Your staff worked very hard to match us as soon as possible.

You and your staff gave us much guidance on how to talk with birthmothers and go with our gut instinct. Then we received the most joyous phone call telling us about a baby girl that was born. We had two hours to got to Babies-R-Us and buy everything we needed! Well, it's now been ten months and we have the most beautiful little girl. We just celebrated our first Christmas in which Archie, unbeknownst to me, dressed up as Santa and it was the most touching moment of my life. Moments like this are what I have waited my entire life for.

What's funny is so many people have questioned us about an "open adoption" and if we are scared about the birthmother and paternal grandmother. We have had one visit and they saw how we are raising "our" daughter. We are now getting ready to go visit them.

Even though things can be stressful at first, faith will get you through all and your staff has always been there to answer questions whenever we had them. Now we can all share in watching our little angel grow up. We send letters and pictures every month and cannot see it any other way.

How does one say thank you for giving me the most precious gift of all? When the time is right, we will be ready to adopt another African American child or siblings. We still have two bedrooms that are empty and I am a full-time stay-at-home mom! Let me know if you are ever in need of placing a child.

A Huge Thank You !

A huge thank you to our coordinator and all at Lifetime that helped make our dream a reality. It all happened rather fast and you said to be prepared!

Words cannot express the joy and happiness Kaci brings to us daily, she is the most amazing and loved blessing in our lives. Not only have we been blessed with our beautiful, healthy daughter but also an amazing, loving and caring birth family. We were fortunate enough to meet our birth mom and family before Kaci was born. It made the process so much easier. We are truly grateful and happy they are in our life and look forward to getting together with them again.

Our coordinator kept telling us to keep the faith and our hearts open for the baby that was meant for us, and boy, was she right! There are so many things we have in common with our birth family, we honestly believe she was meant for us.

Thanks again to all for filling our lives with such love and joy.
